Decision-making Citizen's Assemblies DCA, Overview
Note that several countries have already used it successfully. So;
- That citizens are chosen at random while respecting the plurality and proportionality represented in the country or region.
- Random draws take the time to train EXHAUSTIVELY by listening to and questioning all stakeholders on the subject to be addressed by the DCA.
- That the hearings and deliberations promote a collective reflection oriented SOLUTIONS.
- That members becoming competent thanks to Collective Intelligence (CI), an DCA can find solutions to any type of problems regardless of complexity.
- That at the end of the work requested, the members of the DCA will have become Global “Experts” or, according to the established formula, informed citizens.
- That thanks to DCA, lobbies, cronyism and corruption no longer have any control over political decisions.
In any case, this improvement is a giant step towards a REAL democracy worthy of the name and which will lead the population to believe again in politics and in a better future.
